Features

Hydraulic material clamping from the sides eliminates waste, and ensures exact positioning prior to punching.  This system allows punching, even on the edge of the part, without bending it.
Feeding system uses a clamp from the end of the material for complete processing with a minimum of waste.  Two linear guides support the feeding unit. AC servo motors guaranteeing a repeatability of +/- 0.002 drive the slides.
Quick tool changes utilizing the Boschert tool cassette. The cassette slides out of the machine housing for easy and quick access.
Amada style tooling for low cost and readily available punches and dies.
Complete safety enclosure using protective grating and light barriers ensure absolute safety.
CNC control designed specifically for copper bar processing using proven Boschert hardware and software platforms.
